We at Dr. Nick Martin Eye Care Center are looking forward to seeing you.
We have made some changes to help protect our patients and staff. Please read through the entirety for guidance.
Currently the Mall only has a few doors open. The closest one to our office is located down stairs between Sears and Dillards. You may use the escalator in front of our office or the elevator located in the center of the mall.
Patients will be seen by appointment only due to Covid and when you arrive our gate will be closed. Please call our office at 918 250-6766 and a team member will let you in. Only the patient will be admitted unless they are a minor (only one parent allowed). Family member’s scheduled together will be let into the office one at a time. Patient’s with young children need to make arrangements for child care prior to their appointment.
During your appointment you will be asked screening questions, your temperature will be taken, and you will be provided hand sanitizer.
You must wear a mask while in the office. NO EXCEPTIONS. PPE supplies are limited so we ask that you supply your own mask if possible.
We recommend that you wear your glasses in lieu of contacts to your appointment or have your contact lens out prior to check in.
