Our Office
Dr. Nick Martin’s Contact Lens and Eye Care Center is located in Tulsa, Oklahoma, 74133. Our goal is to provide patients with the highest quality eye care and education about their eye health. We believe the more informed you are about your eye health, the more proactive you can be. Other diseases such as: diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol can be detected during your comprehensive eye exam. Early detection can save your vision or even your life. Office Services
We offer a wide range of optometric services. Vision screening, comprehensive medical eye exams, emergency eye care, contact lens fittings, contact lenses, and Lasik.
Contact lenses may be ordered on this site even if you are not a current patient.
Appointments & Payments
Our office is open 7 days a week. You may request an appointment on our site, or call our office and speak to a memeber of our team. Walk-ins are always welcome.
Payment is due at time services are rendered. We are happy to submit a claim to your insurance company on your behalf. We accept many Vision and Medical insurance plans. If we do not currently accept your provider, we will do our best to work with you and your insurance company.
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, checks and cash.
Please bring with you to your appointment: your vision and medical insurance ID cards, a photo ID, list of current medications, current glasses and/or contact lens prescription.
